You need to buy the following ingredients:
- Organic coconut oil
- brown sugar
- coconut milk
- flour (all purpose, unbleached)
- unsweetened applesauce
- pure vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
- baking soda

The Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil (solid)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
2 TBSP coconut milk
1 and 1/8 cups flour (AP)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cups chocolate chips (vegan)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl combine 1 1/8 cups flour and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix coconut oil, brown sugar and vanilla until combined.
Add in the applesauce and coconut milk,
Mix until combined and then add flour mixture.
Stir until all ingredients are happy together.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop to get even balls of dough. (size is 1 3/4 oz)
Place scoops of dough onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9 minutes at 375 F.
I got 12 cookies from this recipe.
