- CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- EGGS
- FLOUR
- ANDES MINT
- VANILLA EXTRACT
- OIL

ANDES A+ BROWNIES

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
7 oz chocolate (semi-sweet)
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Andes mint (chopped)
Icing
5 oz chocolate (chopped)
1 TBSP oil
Andes Mint for decoration (about 20 pcs)
Instructions
Prepare: Line 9 inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large or medium saucepan add butter and chopped chocolate.
Melt the chocolate and butter over medium temperature.
Cool the mixture and then add 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract.
Whisk all ingredients until they are all combined and happy together.
At that moment add 3/4 cups flour and stir well.
Then add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped Andes mint.
Mix all ingredients and turn into 9 inch prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool it.
Prepare icing
Using a double boiler method melt chocolate and oil until chocolate is smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over brownies.
Be sure chocolate is cooled before you top with Andes mint chocolate.
Cool the chocolate and enjoy your life.
