I am not as strong as Djokovic is and I am not going to win Wimbledon in this life…
but I can be kind to my body ….NOW!
So, let’s make the best recipe called…
The Best Kale Pesto
You need to visit your local farmers market or happy, healthy stores and buy the following ingredients:
Kale
Basil
Italian Parsley
Garlic
Olive Oil (organic)
Sea Salt
Please, buy the organic as much as you can.

THE BEST KALE PESTO
Ingredients
3 cups kale
2 cups Italian parsley
2 cups basil
6 large cloves garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup organic olive oil
3 TBSP water
INSTRUCTIONS
Find your food processor and add the following ingredients:
kale, Italian parsley, basil, garlic and sea salt.
Blend on high for a few seconds.
Then start adding olive oil and water a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Taste and add more salt if you like.
Storage Options
-Pour into the best glass jar you have and store in the fridge for about 3 days.
-Pour the best kale pesto into ice cube molds and store in the freezer for about 6 weeks.

Ingredients
1 cup organic butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups honey graham crumbs
2 cups flour (AP-unbleached)
1 TBSP baking powder (no Al)
1/2 tsp salt
Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs yolk
1 TBSP honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Decoration:
Heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare baking sheet with a parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a bowl number 1 combine flour, honey graham crumbs, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Add organic butter and sugar into the mixing bowl.
Mix until combined for about 3 minutes and then add egg whites.
Keep mixing until all ingredients are combined.
Add the flour mixture and mix for a minute. Set aside.
Making Filling
Mix cream cheese, sugar,honey and eggs yolk until well combined.
Add vanilla extract and mix again.
Using a ice cream scoop (2 oz), scoop out the cookie dough and place on a baking sheet.
Flatten slightly and using your fingers make a small ball-shape dent on the top.
Spoon the cream cheese filling into the indents in the cookies.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
Cool it.
Top with heavy cream and decorate with honey graham crumbs.
