I know , you do. So let’s start our baking show. And to start baking show we need to buy ingredients or we need to do my favorite activity called SHOPPING. And for shopping you need the list or I like to call it…

How to make Carrot Cake
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 TBSP vanilla extract
2 cups flour (AP)
1/2 TBSP cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups finely grated carrots
1 cup walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cheese
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup icing sugar
Instructions for Carrot Cake
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line 9×13 with aluminum foil.
Whisk 3 eggs, 1 cup brow sugar, 1/3 cup sugar and 3/4 cup oil.
Add 1/2 TBSP vanilla and mix it.
In a separate bowl, sift 2 cup AP flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 TBSP cinnamon, 1/4 salt, 1/4 cloves, 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Then add flour mixture to the eggs/oil/sugar mixture.
Mix everything together.
You are almost done. Just add 2 cups grated carrot and 1 cup walnut.
Mix all ingredients together.

Pour the mixture into 9×13 pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 F or until toothpick inserted into center cake comes clean.
Cool it.
Carrot Cake Frosting
Beat 8 oz cheese and 1 1/3 icing sugar and then add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In a bowlĀ #2 whip 1 3/4 cups heavy cream until thick and fluffy.

So, dear my friends don’t allow some TV personality to to tell you how to think. Just stay true to your core value.
Mine is clear – NUTELLA! So, let’s make the one and the only, the best roulade – Nutella roulade.
For the list of the ingredients please check the picture below.
Notice:
1.Preheat oven to 375 F.
2.Line the pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Now, if you finish baking the cake prepare yourself for the next step! It is very, very important step.
Prepare two big, wet kitchen towel. (Kitchen towels must be wet with warm water).
Kitchen towels must be bigger than your baking pan.
So, you will have the following situation:
Bottom wet towel + Your CAKE + Top wet towel
If you are still not clear please check the picture below!
After 30 min. check if you can roll up the cake. Please start with a short side of the cake.
If the cake refuses to cooperate and still wants to stay straight, please wet the top kitchen towel again.
Cover the cake with wet towel and after 10 min try to roll up. It will work.
Unroll the cake, then spread the Nutella filling, leaving a 1 inch border all around the edges.
Using both hands, roll the cake up.
Then wrap in cling wrap or wet towel and refrigerate. (Also, you can keep it in the freezer)

1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup whip cream
Whisk 1/2 cup of whip cream. Add Nutella and quickly mix. (1-2 min).

Gently fold in the flour and baking powder, so that you lose as little air as possible.
Pour the mixture evenly into the pan.
Bake from 10 to 15 min at 375 F.
How do you know if your cake is done?
Insert toothpick into your cake. If comes out clean – cake is baked.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries (they came from the Local Farmers Market and they are full of sunshine)
1 banana (organic)
1/2 cup water
Optional for decoration: blueberries, whip cream
Just for a moment stop your life and enjoy strawberries full of sunshine…don’t you love your Local Farmers Market…
Find your blender….(it does not need to be expensive one)
Put all ingredients into blender and blend.
