Description
Raspberry Vegan Tarts is no bake recipe.
It is healthy, vegan and made in no time.
Also, this recipe is crowd-pleaser.

- Walnuts
- Pitted dates
- Raspberries
- Coconut butter
- Honey
- Chocolate (optional)

- Food Processor
- Tart pans with removable bottoms
ACTION TIME
Making the golden and guilt free recipe called
RASPBERRY VEGAN TARTS
Ingredients
3 cups walnuts
2 cups pitted dates
Raspberry Filling
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted
1/3 cup coconut butter (melted)
1/3 cup honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray 6 tart pans with baking spray and set aside.
IMPORTANT:Use tart pans with removable bottoms.
Add walnuts and dates into a food processor and pulse until the crust is
crumbly and hold together when pinched.
Divide the crust between 6 tart pans. ( I use about 3/4 cup for each tart)
Press the crust into tart pans and freeze while you making the raspberry filling.
Raspberry Filling
Add raspberries, coconut butter and honey into food processor and pulse until smooth.
Pour the raspberry filling into crust.
Chill in the fridge for about 9 hours.
Decorate with grounded walnuts and fresh raspberries.
Optional: Use vegan chocolate to decorate.
