Ingredients

1/2 cup white sugar

2 cups cold water

Instructions

Add 1/2 cup sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring non stop until

sugar is melted and the color is deep amber color.

You will love this color.

Remove from heat and add 2 cups cold water.

You will hear a little explosion. (don’t worry, it is magical explosion)

Return to heat and cook until boils. (don’t stir)
