Ingredients
2 slices of your favorite bread
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 TBSP of Yogurt Italian Parsley Dip
1 tomato (sliced)
Sweet red peppers
1 tsp Feta cheese
Instructions
Heat broiler at 500 F.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Arrange 2 slices of bread on the prepared sheet .
Spread 1 TBSP of Yogurt Italian Parsley Dip on each slice of bread.
Add sliced tomato.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Broil until the cheese is melted for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Top with sweet red peppers and feta cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
