In my last post I said Mozzarella Cheese Stick is the best meal for me. Not appetizer or snack. (and I was not kidding!)

And this is how?

You need to have the following ingredients for this recipe

Shopping List

• Hot Dog Buns (buy from your favorite store or use homemade)
• Yellow Mustard (or your favorite)
• Tomatoes (Made in Mexico are my favorite)
• Homemade Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

ACTION TIME

Making Hot Dog Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

6 Mozzarella cheese sticks

Yellow mustard (as much as you wish)

3 tomatoes

Optional: onions, garlic, ketchup or just add your favorite toppings.

Instructions

Spread mustard on each side of hot dog buns. I used 1 TBSP for each bun.

Add sliced tomatoes, chopped onions and garlic. (be generous)

Place baked Mozzarella Cheese Stick in each ban and sprinkle with more tomatoes, onions and garlic.

Serve and enjoy.

Ready to eat…super cheesy…and so GOOD!
