WHEAT SPROUTS
What do you need for this recipe?
SHOPPING LIST
- Organic wheat
Equipment
-Glass Jar or Glass Cup
-Ceramic Lid (you can’t use metal lid)
Now, if you have all ingredients ready and equipment we can start making the best
WHEAT SPROUTS
Ingredients
3 TBSP organic wheat
water to cover wheat
Instructions
Add 3 TBSP organic wheat into glass jar or cup.
Rinse thoroughly using lukewarm water.
Then using the same glass add water to cover all wheat.
The water should be just a little above the wheat.
Cover with lid and leave it for 24 hours.
AFTER 24 HOURS
Rinse thoroughly but this time using the cold water.
Return rinsed wheat to your glass jar or cup.
Important!
Don’t add water this time.
Cover with lid.
Leave it for 24 hours. (I left it in my kitchen)
After 24 hours you will see little white magic.
Rinse again and leave for another 24 hours.
After 48 hours you will see longer white little tails. Magic tails.
Rinse and drain again. (cold water)
Eat immediately / same day or store in the fridge.
STORAGE LIFE
How long can you keep it in the fridge?
Not for long, I would say no longer than 12 hours.
