Making Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
4 eggs (large, organic)
1 can beans (rinsed, drained)
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
Chocolate Icing
3 oz chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Using a double boiler method melt chocolate chips. Set aside.
Your next step is to add beans and eggs to the food processor. (picture 1)
Process until smooth. (picture 2)
Then add the sugar and baking powder. Blend until incorporated. (picture 3)
And the final step for this easy recipe is to add melted chocolate.
Blend until smooth. (picture 4)
Important: Be sure chocolate is mixed. You might use spoon to stir the chocolate.
Transfer the chocolate batter to 9 inch round pan.
Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Cool it.
Toppings:
Melt the chocolate and top the cake.
