Denver Sandwich Italian Way
Ingredients
1 TBSP oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped peppers
1/8 cup chopped prosciuttino
1/4 cup finally shredded cheddar cheese
a few basil leaves
salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices bread
Instructions
Mix 2 eggs and basil.
Set aside.
Heat 1 TBSP of oil in the pan.
Add chopped peppers, prosciuttiono and saute a couple of minutes.
Add egg mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste.
Let the eggs cook until lightly browned.
When done, cut into 2 equal pieces.
Place between toasted bread slices.
Enjoy!
