CHOCOLATE COFFEE BOMBS
Ingredients:
5 oz chocolate
1 TBSP milk (2%)
1 1/2 TBSP butter
1/2 dl whip cream (1/5 cup)
1/2 TBSP instant coffee
1 cup walnuts (toasted)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate, milk and butter in a double boiler.
Cool for 3 minutes.
Add whip cream and coffee and mix. (use mixer)
Then add walnuts and mix again.
Take a walnut size amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
Decorate with walnuts, chocolate, sprinkles…

How to toast walnuts?
Heat oven at 350 F.
Spread 1 cup walnuts on a baking sheet.
Roast for about 10 minutes.
Watch them closely to prevent burning.
