Thickly cut and oven baked this is super easy recipe to make.
Also healthier because you bake them with just a small amount of the oil.
The ingredients are simple or just one: POTATOES
Seasonings – salt, pepper, smoked paprika or use any seasonings that you like.

Making Belgian Best French Fries
Ingredients
Potatotoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick fries or to your preferred thicknes.
Dry the potatoes in a clean dish towel.
Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Use your hand in order to be sure the potatoes are well coated.
Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes or until done.
