let’s start with our first chocolate chip cookie recipe for 2019.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies in Chocolate Bath
Description
These chocolate chip cookies just have the right amount of butter and shortening.
You can make them in no time. The recipe is super easy and super fast.
Also, these cookies can be frozen. (for about 3 months)
So, let’s start our baking show.

SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES IN CHOCOLATE BATH
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/8 cups flour (AP)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBSP cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium size bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix butter and shortening until smooth.
Add sugars and mix until light and fluffy.
Your next step is to add egg and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients again for about 1 minute.
Stir in the flour mixture.
Mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop (2 oz) and form the dough into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze them for about 1 hour.
After 15 minutes bake as many as you want to.
Bake at 350 F for 11 minutes.
The rest of unbaked, frozen cookies place into a sealed freezer bag.
You can freeze soft chocolate chip cookies for no more than 3 months.
CHOCOLATE BATH
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a double boiler method melt chocolate chip cookies and heavy cream until smooth
Set aside.
JOY TIME – TIME to EAT
Now you have everything.
You have soft baked chocolate chips cookies and you have the best chocolate bath.
