Making Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Oven Baked Golden Perfection
Ingredients
9 Mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, large
INSTRUCTIONS
The cheese sticks I used are 3.5 inch long with width of 1 inch.
Then I wrap them into plastic wrap and place into the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
This step is super important.
Placing cheese sticks in the freezer is important to prevent the cheese from melting too quickly in the oven.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Don’t spray with baking spray. Set aside.
Mix eggs in the bowl or deep plate.
Then use another bowl to add breadcrumbs.
Deep the frozen cheese sticks into the eggs, then place in the plate with breadcrumbs, then again into the egg and breadcrumbs.
So, each cheese stick goes to the following steps: egg-breadcrumbs-egg-breadcrumbs – baking sheet.
Repeat the process with the remaining cheese sticks.
Your next step is to place cheese sticks back into the freezer. (for about 3 hours or overnight)
When you are ready to bake preheat oven to 450 F.
Bake cheese sticks for 9 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sauce, sour cream, garlic.

Using a large bowl toss the fries with 3 TBSP oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes.
Be sure potatoes is baked.
Making Gravy
Pour the gravy from the can into a medium saucepan.
Heat gravy until boils.
SERVING POUTINE
Arrange fries on a plate, top with 1/2 cup cheese curds and cover with the hot gravy.
Season to taste.

3 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/8 cup Italian Parsley, minced
Pizza Toppings: spinach, cheese, broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add 6 cups of water and salt to a large pot. Bring to boil. Then add broccoli i boil for 3 mintues.
Remove from heat and rinse under cold water. Drain the best you can and transfer to the food processor.
Add ricotta cheese, sour cream and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to the bowl, add feta cheese, Italian parsley, salt and pepper. Stir with wooden spoon. Set aside.
PIZZA TIME: Roll pizza dough to 9 inches.
Important: I have been using less pizza dough these days and spreading it thinner with olive oil fingertips. Remember, less is more and staying skinny is important. (just kidding)
Assemble pizza:
Place pizza on prepared baking sheet.
Cover with green broccoli cream.
Add toppings of your choice. I did add the following and in this order:
spinach, cheese, garlic.
If you want to add broccoli check the final note.

How to make cheese at home?
Ingredients
8 cups or 2 L milk
1/3 cup apple cider
Instructions
IMPORTANT: What kind of milk you are using is very important.
organic milk used for making cheese
Don’t use ultra-pasteurized milk because it was so modified that will not produce or form curds.
If you can please use raw milk. (which is more expensive)
Also, you can use milk 3% from the store. (it will work)
So, let’s go back to the process of making cheese.
Pour 2 liters of milk into pot and heat until boils. (stir in order to prevent burning)
When milk boils, turn heat on low and add 1/3 cup of apple cider. Keep stirring.
The mixture will separate into curds and greenish liquid called whey.
If separation doesn’t occur, add more apple cider. (don’t be shy)
Then remove from heat and pour them through a strainer.
Rinse the curds with cold water.
Add salt if you want to use. (add to your taste. You can start with 1 tsp)
After you add the salt, your next step is to wrap the cheese in cheesecloth.
Put something heavy on top of your cheese. ( I used jar of honey). Let it sit for 1 hour.
After one hour transfer your healthy, homemade, delicious cheese to the fridge.
And you are done. Yes, you just made your cheese.

Don't use ultra-pasteurized milk because it was so modified that will not produce or form curds.
If you can please use raw milk. (which is more expensive)
Also, you can use milk 3% from the store. (it will work)
So, let's go back to the process of making cheese.
Pour 2 liters of milk into pot and heat until boils. (stir in order to prevent burning)
When milk boils, turn heat on low and add 1/3 cup of apple cider. Keep stirring.
The mixture will separate into curds and greenish liquid called whey.
If separation doesn't occur, add more apple cider. (don't be shy)
Then remove from heat and pour them through a strainer.
Rinse the curds with cold water.
Add salt if you want to use. (add to your taste. You can start with 1 tsp)
After you add the salt, your next step is to wrap the cheese in cheesecloth.
Put something heavy on top of your cheese. ( I used jar of honey). Let it sit for 1 hour.
After one hour transfer your healthy, homemade, delicious cheese to the fridge.
And you are done. Yes, you just made your cheese.
