If you are in mood to do some baking I have perfect recipe for you.
It is called “Dream Bars”. Yes, I know dreams are hard to chase but this one will just come into your life
and stay like the best dream you ever had.
This dream looks like the following picture

For this recipe you will need the following:
flour, sugar, butter, graham wafer crumbs, chocolate chips, chocolate, walnuts, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, oil. And the most important ingredients – LOVE AND PASSION.
Because baking is a science, and when you mix together ingredients, you are creating chemistry.
Proper measuring is critical to baking. So please follow my recipe below….
Dream Bars
Yes, if you want to dream and eat you need to make this bars.
Dream Bars - Enjoy and Share
Ingredients
1 cup AP flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Graham Wafer Crumbs
1 can (300 ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/3 cups White Chocolate Chips
1 TBSP Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Set aside.
Crust:
Combine sugar,flour and butter using an electric mixer until crumbly.
Press into prepared pan and bake from 8 to 10 min.
FILLING:Combine chocolate chips,walnuts, wafer crumbs and condensed milk.
Mix until well blended.
Drop mixture over warm base.
Bake for 19 min until top is lightly browned.Cool.
TOPPING:Melt white chocolate and oil until smooth.
Spread evenly over bars.Cut into bars...any size you want it...

If you like to dream and bake I have another recipe for you:
8 ounces (226g) semi-sweet or bittersweet quality chocolate
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place pitted dates, vanilla extract,rum, cocoa powder, almonds, sunflower seeds into your food processor.
Blend/pulse until a moist dough forms - 1 to 2 min. ( add 1-2 more soaked dates or even a teaspoon of pure maple syrup.)
Once dough is formed, scoop out 1 Tablespoon of dough. Roll into a smooth ball and place onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
Set aside as you melt the chocolate in the next step.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave.
Let the warm chocolate sit for 5 minutes to slightly cool before dipping.
Dip each ball completely into the chocolate.
When lifting it out of the chocolate, remember to tap the dipping tool gently on the side of the bowl to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place each back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate has set, about 30 minutes.

I am in mood to eat something chocolaty, romantic … something that has story from the last century. In Europe
A famous Hungarian Gypsy is playing violin at a Paris restaurant, where husband and wife are having dinner.
The wife is Clara Ward, the only daughter of American millionaire E. B. Ward.
The husband is Prince Joseph. That is how the story started…Just a dinner with the music..
Of course at that time we did not have TMZ but I am happy to report to you what happened.
The wife, Clara Ware was seduced by this famous violinist player, Rigo Jancsi. And she left her husband Prince Joseph.
And married a famous Gipsy, Rigó Jancsi in Hungary.
In order to celebrate their romantic love story this cake was created. It is called Rigo Jancsi.
The cake has two layers of chocolate-sponge cake. Between the two chocolate sponge cake layers is a thick layer of very rich, chocolate and cream filling
Rigo Jancsi - Hungarian Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Cake:
4 eggs
4 TBSP icing sugar
4 TBSP flour
2 TBSP cocoa powder
pinch of salt
Filling:
3 cups heavy cream
3 TBSP icing sugar
1 TBSP cocoa powder
9 oz semi-sweet chocolate (about 250gr)
2 TBSP gelatine powder
Glaze:
7 oz chocolate (200gr)
1/2 cup butter
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 F.
Coat the 9x13 pan with butter.
Cream egg yolks with icing sugar. Add cocoa and mix.
Beat egg whites and pinch salt, add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add to egg yolks mixture about 1/3 of the whites.Fold it in without decreasing the volume.
Then, carefully, fold in the remaining whites. Sprinkle the flour and fold it ...very carefully.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 10 min or until cakes start to pull away from the sides.
Do not over bake. Cut in half.
FILLING:
Pour gelatine powder into 1/2 cup water.
Rest it for 10 min.
Melt 250 gr chocolate and 1 TBSP cocoa powder.
Mix 3 cups of heavy cream and 3 TBSP icing sugar.
Mix melted chocolate and gelatine together. Add to mixed cream and mix it all together.
Spread the filling over the cake and top with the other.
GLAZE:
Melt the chocolate and butter.
Pour evenly and cover the sides.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or longer.
Decorate with whipped cream or chocolate.

Happy Valentine’s Day! For today I am going to make very special cake.
It is very light cake with rich, dark filling. It looks like a little dreamy boat with fluffy filling ready
to make all your dreams come true.
So, lets make this “”Chestnut Love Boat Cake”…
Chestnut Love Boat Cake
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour15 minutes
Ingredients
4 egg whites
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
Filling
500 gr chestnut puree
4 TBSP heavy cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp rum
2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Mix 4 egg whites and vinegar until they are stiff and leave peaks when the whisk is removed from the egg whites.
Gradually add the sugar (1 TBSP at a time - very important) .
It is important to add 1 tablespoon at a time because you want to lose as little air as possible.
Line baking sheets with silicone mats and spoon the meringue mixture into shape of imaginary boat. (it does not need to be perfect shape of the boat...it can be circle or any shape that your mind have connection to. You should be able to make 10 of them).
Bake them for 50 min. Turn off the oven and leave them to cool inside.
Filling:
Put the chestnut puree in a bowl with the sugar, vanilla, rum and 4 tablespoons of heavy cream.
Beat together until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk 2 cups of heavy cream.
Put 1 1/2 TBSP of chestnut filling between two meringues.
Top each meringue with the whipped cream. Dust with icing sugar or add chocolate.
Serve and enjoy...

Since Valentine’s day is in 2 days I am going to make Pink Coconut Hot Chocolate.
To make this you only need some milk, some cream and a lots of chocolate….and one special ingredient “LOVE”.
White Coconut Chocolate Lindt
Pink Coconut Hot Chocolate
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
3/4 cup milk (2%)
1/3 heavy cream
4 squares or 50 gr White Coconut Chocolate (I used Lindt)
1/4 cup pink chocolate chips
1/2 tsp rum
Instructions
Heat milk and cream until just below simmering point.
Remove from heat and add chocolate.
Let stand for 3 min and add rum.
Whisk everything together. Reheat on very low head until chocolate is melted.
Pour into glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate...or anything your red heart is asking for. ( listen to your heart)

Now we need recipe.
Happy Chinese New Year, Lady in Red or Raspberry Truffle Cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Base
3oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup of butter
1/4 cup raspberry jam
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Topping
2 Tbsp. light cream
2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
1 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chopped
1 cup raspberries
Instructions
Chocolate Base
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Line an 9 inch square pan with foil-set aside.
Combine chocolate, butter and jam in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs in a large bowl until foamy. Mix in sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture. Stir in flour just until incorporated.
Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until set. Cool completely in pan on rack.
Make the topping
Combine cream, jam and butter in a saucepan.
Heat to a simmer stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Let stand until cool about 20 minutes then spread over chocolate base.
Immediately top with raspberries and chill until cold. Cut into small squares.
