From breakfast to dinner you can serve crepes because they are so versatile. And so easy to make. The ingredients for standard crepes are simple: flour, eggs, milk, water, butter and salt. This is the base for the most crepe recipes. From here you can call your imagination and start building crepe castle full of sweet or savory possibility.
The next important step for making homemade crepes is the filling.
Yes, the Crepes Fillings. So for our recipe today we are going to use the following:
- Nutella
- Raspberry jam, whip cream, crumbled Oreos

- KitchenAid Mixer, hand mixer
- Non-stick crepe pan (for this recipe use 5 inch pan)
- Knife for flipping crepes

MAKING OREO BREAKFAST CREPES
Ingredients
1 cup flour (all purpose)
3 eggs
1 cup milk (2%)
1 1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
Oreo cookies
Fillings for Crepes: Nutella, Raspberry Jam, Whip Cream
Instructions
Add the following ingredients to mixing bowl:
eggs, flour, water, milk and salt.
Your next step is to mix using the cage attachment until smooth.
Then let the batter rest for 5 minutes or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
When you are ready to make the crepes check the batter’s consistency.
It should be as thick as heavy cream.
Then heat and grease the pan. I used 5 inch
Grease the pan using 1/2 tsp of oil.
Heat 5 inch pan until hot.
Place one Oreo cookie in the middle of the pan.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter around the Oreo cookie.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crepe is golden on the bottom.
Flipping the Oreo Crepes
Then use the knife, spatula to lift the crepe and quickly flip it over.
Important: Be sure that knife goes under the Oreos before flipping.
Cook the second side for about 1/2 minute or until golden.
Slide the crepe to your favorite large plate.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Storage of Crepes
To store wrap cooled crepes in plastic wrap then into a large zip-top freezer bag.
Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
If you want to store in the freezer no longer than 3 months.
Finishing Crepes
Fill each crepe with the filling of your choice.
Since you have Oreo in the middle you will have to work around it.
Spread Nutella around the Oreo, say thank you and rolled into cylinder or something similar to it.
Remember, all rolling is done around the big boss in the middle Oreo.
Repeat until done.

Super easy! And so much fun when you add Oreos.
In case you want to add more than one Oreo when making crepes…don’t do it.
I tried adding 3 and it was hard to flip the crepe. My best advice is to use one Oreo cookie.
However, I tried with 2 and it did work. So, yes you can make with 2 Oreo cookies. See the picture below.
