Ingredients
1 cup of cottage cheese
2 whole eggs
1 TBSP chia seed
1/4 cup walnuts
1 TBSP oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line baking sheet with the parchment paper and spray with the cooking spray. (you can use aluminum foil too)
In a food processor add 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 whole eggs, walnuts, chia seed, oregano and ground black pepper.
Blend on high until you get smooth creamy texture. It is that simple.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 21 minutes at 375 F. (some recipes are calling from 30-35 minutes)
For me 21 minutes was the perfect golden baked flat bread.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Of course you need the ingredients. And when I say ingredients I mean basic ingredients which you already have in your kitchen. First and the most important basic ingredient is the flour. If you are asking what kind of flour you should use…the answer is all purpose flour.
Now if you have all purpose flour you will need only a few more basic ingredients. Active dry yeast, sugar, water and the oil. I have to say the olive oil is the best basic ingredient in my house. Please buy organic olive oil if you can or buy the best kind of olive oil that your budget can support.

Ingredients:
1 cup + 3/4 cup + 1/8 cup AP flour (almost 2 cups)
1 tsp active dry yeast
2 TBSP olive oil
1 cup water (you will use 1/4 cup + 3/4 cup)
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions for making pizza dough:
Important when using the active yeast:
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of warm water (110 F to 120 F), active dry yeast and sugar.
Then stir all ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
Your next step is to add 3/4 cup lukewarm water, 2 TBSP olive oil and 1 tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients together using a metal spoon.
Then add 1 cup of flour and mix with the metal spoon.
Then add 3/4 cup of all purpose flour and keep mixing until…

Trust me, you will hear it. At this point retire your spoon unless you want the conflict to escalate.

Ingredients
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup mashed bananas (ripe bananas)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING BANANA BREAD LOAF
Preheat oven at 325 F.
Line loaf pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In your favorite bowl add dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Stir until combined. Set aside.
In the mixing bowl add sugar, oil and egg.
Mix until combined.
Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until all ingredients are combined.
The mixture will be thick. (don’t worry it will be perfect when you bake)
Your next step is to add buttermilk, vanilla and mashed bananas.

Bake at 325 F until done. For me it was 72 minutes.

It is a very popular in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey and in Europe. This airy bread is the Balkan Flat bread. It exist under many names like lepinja bread, somun and it can be topped with sesame seeds, cumin, dry oregano and salt. This flatbread can be served with feta cheese, red peppers or if you like meat the choice is the obvious. The cevapi or the hamburger. Add to that fresh chopped onions and you have the winner. The winner for your perfect Friday night dinner or Sunday afternoon lunch.

-small glass or cup (for the active yeast)
-baking sheet (12 by 16 or any size you used to bake your bread)
ACTION TIME
MAKING Easy FlatBread Recipe
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 TBSP salt
150 ml lukewarm water (if you don’t know what is 150 ml check the quick note below)
2 1/2 teaspoons active yeast
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
6 TBSP plain yogurt
1/2 TBSP olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE BEST FLATBREAD
Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a medium size bowl add flour, salt and stir it. Set aside.
Add the lukewarm water (100 to 115 F) to the small glass or cup.
Then add yeast and sugar into the water and stir briefly to combine.
Allow to rest for about 10 minutes or until frothy.
Meanwhile warm the milk. (it should not be too hot)
When your yeast is ready, add the yeast into the flour salt mixture.
Then add yogurt and start mixing it using the metal or wooden spoon.
Slowly start adding warm milk and keep mixing it.
At this point you can use your hands and mix until a soft dough forms. (for about 3 minutes)
Yes, the dough will be very soft. Don’t worry, it is not the mistake.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the dough, cover with plastic wrap and your kitchen towel.
Let it rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
On a very well floured surface, divide the dough into 5 or 4 equal pieces. (or 2 if you want larger flat breads).
Your next step is to knead each dough and shape into the perfect ball.
BTW, the kneading is the quick process, just a minute.
Cover all your pieces with kitchen towel and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
BAKING EASY FLATBREADRECIPE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 F. YOU WILL BE USING THE TOP RACK FOR THIS RECIPE.
After 5 minutes, flatten each dough gently with your finger tips into a circle.
Transfer into the prepared baking sheet.
Using the knife, press the lines across the dough.
You can create a diamond pattern on the top. (or any pattern you like)
Optional: Sprinkle each dough with just a few drops of water and top with sesame seeds.
Bake at 500 F for about 10 minutes using the top rack.
Then turn oven to broil for about 1 minute. (or until your desired golden color)
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the tops with water.
Wrap into a kitchen towel in order to keep your flat bread soft.

3 cups flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
3 TBSP olive oil
Focaccia toppings: sea salt, rosemary, Italian parsley, salt, oregano, garlic, onions, thyme, tomatoes, red peppers, mozzarella cheese and more…
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE BEST FOCACCIA RECIPE
In your favorite bowl add flour, salt and instant yeast.
Then add the water (temperature about 110 F)
Mix with the metal spoon or rubber spatula until the ingredients are incorporated and water is absorbed. (it is about 1 to 2 minutes).
Rub the surface with olive oil. (just a little)
Cover with plastic wrap and tea towel.
Transfer to the fridge for 24 to 72 hours.
Line the pan of your choice with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Coat with baking spray or grease with butter. (this is important step).
Pour 1 TBSP of olive oil in the center of pan.
Remove the dough from the fridge.
Use two forks, gather up edges of dough farthest from you and lift up and over into the center of bowl.
Rotate the bowl in quarter turns 2 more times or until you deflate dough and for a rough ball.
Transfer into prepared pan with olive oil.
Roll the dough in the oil or coat it in oil.
Let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.
DO NOT COVER THE DOUGH. Yes, let rise, UNCOVERED.
Time for rise: about 3 to 4 hours.
How do you know the dough is ready? The secret is in your finger.
BAKING FOCACCIA AND FOCACCIA TOPPINGS
Poke with your finger. If it spring back slowly it is ready.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Lightly oil your hands. Dimple focaccia with your fingers, all the way to the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle with sea salt and focaccia toppings of your choice.
If using Italian parsley, rosemary be sure to pour olive oil over it.
Important: you can bake using 8 by 8 inch pan, 9 by 13 (if you want thin focaccia for sandwiches or 9 inc round pie and so on…). Just check the time. Bake until golden brown.
Bake for about 24 minutes at 425 F or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving. (if you can wait)
