Let’s start our no-bake journey with a few important steps:
-Cream cheese must be room temperature
-Please chop Strawberry Lindt Chocolate to smaller pieces. It is your choice how small you want to go. (If you can’t find Lindt Strawberry Chocolate use your favorite one)
-Be sure to have Dr. Oetker Whip it – it is important if you want your heavy cream to look great for a longer time (2 to 3 days)
Now we are almost ready to make this summer delight. Before that check description below.
Description
Strawberry Summer Dessert is only 8-ingredient recipe. Quick and easy to make. Full of summer flavor from fresh strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream and to the most amazing chocolate called Lindt Strawberry chocolate. Of course you can add other fruits to this dessert like blueberries, grapes or any other fruit of your choice. (I used blueberries)

Strawberry Summer Dessert
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup icing sugar
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
Lady Fingers
1 pouch Dr. Oetker Whip It
1 cup strawberries, fresh and chopped
3/4 cup of juice (orange, cranberry or your favorite juice)
Lind Strawberry Chocolate (100 gr)
Optional: additional fruits
Chocolate Icing
3 oz baking chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Line 9 by 5 pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap. (see the picture below). Set aside.
Beat heavy cream and Whip it in a bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Divide into 2 parts.
Add chopped chocolate to one part of whip cream.
So, now you have half whip cream with chocolate and half plain whip cream. Set aside.
In another bowl mix cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add plain whip cream and mix all ingredients for a secone.
Your next step is to add chopped strawberries. Stir using a wooden spoon.
Now you have the following:
Cream cheese with whip cream and strawberries and whip cream with chocolate.
Your next step is to make this summer baby dessert.
Pour orange or cranberry juice into the deep plate.
Assemble of the cake
Dip the lady fingers into the juice long enough to get them wet but do not soak them.

So, you know why it went viral? When you see the word Mama’s and Grandmother’s in one video…you know it has to be the best homemade recipe. Ever.
If you haven’t try this recipe I am going to share my experience with it.
So, let’s start.
For this recipe you need only 4 ingredients.
They are:
self-rising flour
Crisco shortening
buttermilk
butter

So, recipe is super simple and very easy to make. In case you don’t have self-rising flour or buttermilk, I am going to teach you how to make it in your kitchen. Cheap, easy and fast.
The first question is..
How to make self-rising flour?
Ingredients
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 TBSP baking powder (no aluminum)
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Add flour, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.
Whisk all ingredients together and you just made self-rising flour.
Congratulations!
Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
Making Buttermilk
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 TBSP white vinegar, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Pour 1 cup milk into small bowl or a liquid measuring cup.
Add 1 TBSP of vinegar and quickly stir using a wooden spoon.
Let it sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
After 10 minutes: You just made the best homemade buttermilk. (and you saved money)
Now, if you have homemade buttermilk and self-rising flour you are ready to make the best homemade biscuits.

FIRST OPTION – Making Mama’s Biscuits BY HAND

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus 1/3 cup for dusting
1/3 cup Crisco shortening
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted (don’t use margarine)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine flour, Crisco shortening and buttermilk in your large mixing bowl.
Stir until well combined. Be sure to mash shortening into the flour and buttermilk.
Then add 1/3 cup of flour to a baking pan, dump the dough into the pan and knead together. Pat it out to about 3/4 inch thick.
Your next step is to use biscuit cutter (or cookie cutter or glass) and make 8 biscuit rounds.
Transfer them to prepared baking sheet.
Spoon melted butter over the top of each biscuit.
Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes.
IMPORTANT: For golden brown top, broil the biscuits for 1 to 2 minutes.

3 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/8 cup Italian Parsley, minced
Pizza Toppings: spinach, cheese, broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add 6 cups of water and salt to a large pot. Bring to boil. Then add broccoli i boil for 3 mintues.
Remove from heat and rinse under cold water. Drain the best you can and transfer to the food processor.
Add ricotta cheese, sour cream and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to the bowl, add feta cheese, Italian parsley, salt and pepper. Stir with wooden spoon. Set aside.
PIZZA TIME: Roll pizza dough to 9 inches.
Important: I have been using less pizza dough these days and spreading it thinner with olive oil fingertips. Remember, less is more and staying skinny is important. (just kidding)
Assemble pizza:
Place pizza on prepared baking sheet.
Cover with green broccoli cream.
Add toppings of your choice. I did add the following and in this order:
spinach, cheese, garlic.
If you want to add broccoli check the final note.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until done.

Making Breakfast in Pan
Ingredients
3 large eggs (organic if you can)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup half and half
1 loaf of your favorite bread, sliced
cheddar cheese (12 pcs)
black forest ham (10 slices)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp oregano
salt,pepper to your taste (I used 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt)
Optional: basil pesto, sour cream, feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium size bowl add the following ingredients:
eggs, milk, half and half, salt, pepper and oregano.
Mix all ingredients until combined. Set aside.
Line 9 by 9 baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with baking spray.
Layered the bottom of the pan with slices of bread. (cut slices in order to fit the pan)
Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture over the bread.
Add 4 to 6 slices of cheese (your choice) and 4 slices of ham.
Then sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Your next step is to add layer of bread. Pour another 1/3 egg mixture over the bread.
Then add slices of cheese and slices of ham.
Finish with slices of bread.
Pour the remaining egg mixture on top of the bread.
Cover with aluminum foil and transfer to the fridge overnight.
NEXT DAY:

For this amazing boozy chocolate recipe you will need only 3 ingredients:

heavy cream (33%)
vodka espresso
Alcohol used for this recipe
I used premium tall grass espresso vodka made in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You use any kind you like.
Chocolate
What kind of chocolate should you use for this recipe?
If you search internet and if you start reading about what kind of chocolate you should use for making homemade truffles you will see the following names:
Ghirardelli, Lindt, Baker’s, Scharffen Berger Chocolate, Valrhona and so on. If you have the money buy the best you like.
For this recipe I used Baker’s chocolate. (semi-sweet). You can use unsweetened or any kind you like.
To me it is important that you love the chocolate. Of course, if you are worried about calories or amount of sugar, please use the chocolate with 70 % cocoa. My favorite is Lindt.
Since we know what chocolate to buy and alcohol to add we can start making…
IMPORTANT: Don’t use chocolate chips for this recipe.
Boozy Vodka Espresso Truffles 5starcookies -the best chocolate truffles
Boozy Vodka Espresso Truffles
(for 4 people)
Ingredients
9 oz chocolate (chopped)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 TBSP vodka espresso

Chop 9 oz chocolate and transfer into medium size bowl.
Heat 3/4 cup of heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
Pour over chopped chocolate.
Let it sit for 1 minute.
Then stir with spatula until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Add vodka espresso and stir until incorporated with melted chocolate.
Cover with a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
After 3 hours or longer:
Take teaspoon of the ganache and roll into balls. I don’t like to specify the size of the truffles.
It is your choice. You can go super small like 1 tsp or you can go big like 1 TBSP or more.
Roll them into balls and coat with cocoa, grounded walnuts, hazelnuts or coconut.

The ingredients are simple. Just 4 of them.

Ingredients
1/3 cup of honey, (organic or the best you can buy)
3 cloves of garlic
2 large lemons
100 ml flex oil
INSTRUCTIONS
For this recipe you will need food processor. (I used KitchenAid)
Peel the skin of the lemons. Transfer to the processor.
Your next step is to clean the garlic and add to the lemon. Yes, the party is about to happen.
We need to add flax oil and honey.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Transfer to the glass jar.
Cover with lid and keep in the fridge.
Use 1 TBSP 3 times a day or any time you are craving Nutella.
Yes, instead of using TBSP of Nutella use for your eyes only mixture.

I can’t describe this ice cream to you. You MUST buy it.
It is the best investment you will ever make. For your cake.
Yes, this ice cream strawberry coffee cake is made with the best ice cream.
Now, let’s go to the next ingredient.
Red and summery – STRAWBERRIES.
They came from my favorite place on this planet called local farmers market.
So, yes my dear readers. Please go to your local farmers market and buy fresh strawberries.
Now, if you have two ingredients we can start our baking show or not.

How to make Ice Cream Strawberry Coffee Cake
6 Serving
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups coffee ice cream from Haagen-Dazs
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
6 Oreos cookies (use your favorite)
Optional: chocolate, whip cream
Instructions
Prepare 6 cup muffin pan by lining each cup with plastic wrap.
Place 1 Oreo cookie into the bottom of each muffin cup. Set aside.
Take 1 and 1/3 cups of coffee ice cream and let it soften on room temperature.
Meanwhile wash and cut fresh strawberries into small pieces.
Fill each of muffin pan with coffee ice cream and add a few pieces of strawberries.
If you don’t like strawberries use raspberries, blackberries.
In case you don’t like fruits just use Oreo and ice cream.
Fold plastic over top of each cup and freeze for 6 hours.
To SERVE:
Remove ice cream cakes from cups, peel off wrap.
Top with melted chocolate or whip cream.
Eat imediately.
