3 eggs, boiled 

1/3 cup water

3 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

To your high-speed blender add the following ingredients:

3 eggs, chopped 

water, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Pop the lid and turn your blender on or whatever machine you are using.

Blend just for a minute.
