-Baking sheet (if you want to toast hazelnuts)

Making Kinder Bueno Spread Recipe Joy

Ingredients

3 cups of hazelnuts

1 cup white chocolate chips (melted

3 TBSP coconut oil

INSTRUCTION FOR MAKING KINDER BUENO SPREAD

Using the double boiler method melt white chocolate chips. Set aside to cool.

Add white hazelnuts (no skins) to the powerful blender or food processor.

Blend it for about 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Blend for 3 minutes, scrape the sides down then take break for 2 minutes and keep going until you get nut butter consistency.

When you get nut consistency start adding the melted white chocolate and coconut oil.

Blend until all ingredients are combined.

Important: Add more coconut oil if you want bueno spread to be runnier.

Transfer to glass jar.

Cover with lid and keep on room temperature for about 7 days.

Scrape the sides down

Quick Note

Hazelnuts – the best place to buy is Costco or online. 1 kg is about $30 in Canada.

Optional: you can add pure vanilla extract to this recipe. (1 tsp)

White Chocolate chips– use the best quality you can afford.

Coconut oil – it should be liquid coconut oil. For this recipe I used MCT coconut oil because of the benefits. You can use your favorite coconut oil.
