Is that you? Don’t answer. Just enjoy until you start reading my next sentence. (your life is about to change)
Yes, today I am talking about chocolate addiction called brownies and sweet tricks you want to try to lose weight and have your “dream body”. Skinny, healthy and so ready for summer fun. But the question is how? I already talked about liver detox and eating sweets between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Yes, this is your first step. Work with your liver. Be kind to your body. Your second step is to pay attention to the ingredients. Of course I know you can’t afford all organic ingredients but you can make choice to reduce amount of sugar that flies to your body.
Say YES to No Bake Brownies
If you are getting angry at this point because I am trying to take sugar from you…please don’t. My recipe today is so amazing, full of flavor and chocolate. Trust me, you are not going to miss fudge brownies or quick brownies and if you do, you can still make them. Just prepared yourself for long, very long walks. (or buy hula-hoop and practice for 3 hours).
This recipe that I am about to share is from Woman’s World magazine from May 11 of 2020.
It is the real-world wow. Made with healthy ingredients good for your body and with ingredients that will satisfy your sweet cravings.

- walnuts
- pitted dates
- maple spread or almond butter
- cocoa
- chopped pecans.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Food Processor (I used Kitchen-Aid)
How to Make No-Bake Brownies
(16 serving)
Ingredients
1 1/3 cup pitted dates
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup maple spread
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Line 8 by 8 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
In food processor, finely grind dates and walnuts.
Then add maple spread until mixed.
Your next step is to add cocoa and mix until incorporated.
Press into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts.
Trick to spread evenly: Cover with plastic wrap and press. (you can use glass to roll it)
Chill for 3 hours in the fridge or overnight.
Cut into 2 inch by 2 inch or any size you like.
Enjoy and share.
