This recipe is blast from the past or magic recipe from my amazing grandmother.
The ingredients are super simple:
- garlic
- ginger
- water
- honey
- lemon
IMPORTANT:When should you drink this tea?
First thing in the morning, half hour before breakfast.

How to make Garlic Ginger Tea
Ingredients
For one person
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 small piece of ginger (1/2 inch or 1.25 cm)
1 cup water
1 TBSP lemon
1 TBSP honey
For two people
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small piece of ginger (1 inch or 2.5 cm)
2 cups water
2 TBSP lemon
2 TBSP hone
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water to a boil.
Then add chopped garlic and grated ginger.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Then add 1 TBSP of lemon juice and honey.
Drink immediately.
