Our recipe today is so easy. And even if you can’t bake you can make this dessert.

The name is…
Pink Two Bite Brownies.
Your first step is to buy two-bite brownies.
They are sold in the bakery section of grocery stores across Canada and the US.

Optional: Make homemade version of two-bite brownies (don’t make peanut butter layer).
Before we start making this super easy, no bake recipe be sure to have the following ingredients:
- Two-bite brownies
- Walnuts
- Dates
- Dr. Oetker Strawberry Pudding
- Milk (2%)
- Heavy Cream
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE INSTANT PUDDING!
How to make Pink Two Bite Brownies?
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups walnuts
1 cups pitted dates
Two-bite brownies (store bought)
1 Strawberry pudding
2 cups milk (2%)
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
For this recipe you can use 9 x 5 quick bread pan or you can use aluminum foil pie pans (5 inches).
If you are using 9 x 5 pan, please line with aluminum foil.
Your first step is to make base of walnuts and dates.
Add them into a food processor and pulse until the crust is
crumbly and hold together when pinched.
Press the crust into pan(s) and freeze while you making the strawberry pudding.
Making strawberry pudding
Using a small glass or bowl mix contents of 1 strawberry packages with 2 TBSP of sugar.
Then gradually whisk in 1/4 cup of milk until smooth. (very important) Set aside.
To a medium size sauce pan add 1 3/4 cups of milk and cook over medium heat until boils.
Quickly add strawberry mixture (strawberry, sugar and milk) into boiled milk and constantly stir until thickened. (1 minute)
Set aside for a second.
Remove pan from the freezer.
OPTIONAL: You can cover walnut base with Nutella and then add two-bite brownies.
Top the walnut crust with two-bite brownies.
Cover everything with hot strawberry pudding.
Transfer to fridge to cool for a few hours.
When ready to serve, whip heavy cream and pour on top of the strawberry pudding.
Decorate with walnuts or chocolate.

What is the storage life for Pink Two Bite Brownies?
Store in the fridge for about 2 days.
Do I need to make walnut base? Can I just use store bought brownies and pudding?
Yes, you can. If you don’t like walnuts, just skip the base. Cover the bottom of the pan with brownies and top with strawberry pudding.
