Homemade Chocolate Bark
Hello my dear readers,
We are making a very special candy.
I called it Sweet Home Alabama Bark.
Have you seen the movie or heard the song?
If you never did, you can still make this amazing chocolate candy.
Sweet Home Alabama Bark
Time for fan in your kitchen!
3-2-1 Baking show starts right now
Ingredients
2 1/3 cup white chocolate chips orĀ Wilton Candy Melts
1 package butterscotch chips (11 oz)
1 package Nestle Aero Truffle (vanilla truffle), break into smaller pieces
1/3 cup ground walnuts
Instructions
Melt 2 1/3 cup of white chocolate over a pan of barely simmering water.
Allow chocolate to melt.
Spread into the Sweet Creations mold with a spatula. (or mold of your choice, you can use just pan 9 X 13 or 9 x 9)
Check the mold that I used.
The next step is to meltĀ butterscotch chips over a pan of barely simmering water.
Once theĀ butterscotch chips are melted, remove bowl from heat.
Add pieces of Nestle chocolate and walnuts.
Mix all ingredients together and spread over melted white chocolate.
Sprinkle with M&M. (optional)
Cool for 4 hours.

Crack into squares.

I bought my at the Walmart.
It was a long time ago and I can’t remember the price.
