CREPES TIME
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
Using a kitchen-aid mixer mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, 2 eggs and 1/8 tsp salt together.
You can use blender if you want to.
Be sure that all ingredients are mixed well.
I will repeat again!
IMPORTANT! The batter must be smooth.
You can refrigerate batter if you want for up to 3 days.
(I never do).
Next step is to heat and grease the pan. ( I used very small one, 5 inches.)
Grease the pan using 1/2 tsp of oil.
Heat 5 inch pan until hot.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan.
Swirl it to spread the batter evenly over the bottom.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crepe is golden on the bottom.
How do you know if you can flip the crepe. Check the picture below.
If you see…
When the whole crepe is golden you can flip.See the picture below and don’t be afraid.
Flip the crepe. Carefully work the knife underneath it to flip.
Cook the second side for about 1/2 minute or until golden.
Slide the finished crepe onto a plate.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Assemble Crepes Line
Place one crepe on a plate and fill with Nutella. (you can add as much as you want to. I used 1 TBSP of Nutella/crepe)
Fold the crepe into quarters and top with additional toppings if desired.
Serve immediately.

Hi, I love crepes. However, I never made them.
I am not sure why. Your recipe is very simple.
The most Interesting part is adding water.
BTW,I love your pictures.
They show you how to make crepes and what to look for while making them.
My favorite picture is flipping with the knife?
Thank you for all your work and the recipe. (LOVE IT)
I love your recipe.I never made crepes.
And I was wondering do you have to mix first eggs, milk and water
and then add the flour.
Hi Sylvia,
No you don’t need to mix eggs and milk first.
Like I mention this recipe is very simple.
Add all ingredients together and then turn your mixer.
And mix everything together until is smooth. (that is the key for success)
