Lucky for you, you found my blog. Because today we have cure for all problems you have.
Actually not all of them …just some of them like cold, flu, cough.
This is very easy to make. It is called Ginger Cinnamon Syrup.
You will need the following:honey, ginger, water, cinnamon stick
For correct measurement check the picture below:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh ginger
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 cinnamon stick
Add Water, ginger and cinnamon stick to a smaller pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour or until liquid is reduced by half.
Strain to remove ginger. Cool to room temperature and add 1/2 cup honey.
Transfer ginger syrup to a jar and store in the fridge.
