  • Kale
  • 2 TBSP Feta Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Lettuce
  • Whole Wheat Tortilla

Instructions

  1. Make omelette of 2 eggs, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper.
  2. Now your are ready to build your Tortilla House.

Feta Cheese – Buy the best you can find and afford. (I like to used the feta cheese made from goat’s milk)

Tomatoes – cheery tomatoes from Mexico

Kale – organic

Red Peppers – PC Whole Sweet Red Peppers

Tortillas – Spinach, Whole-Wheat or use your favorite. The size – Large.
